Record of Achievement (RAO) Reports and Certificates

The school communicates students’ levels of progress to parents via reports and records of achievement.

As graded classes reach the stage where teachers are considering exam entries, an individual report is issued to each student to communicate their level of progress to date.  This will be followed by a Certificate of Achievement being presented to all children in the graded class, irrespective of whether a student enters an external dance exam.  There is no additional cost to parents for this service.

The scheme does not replace exams which are an option within the school from Primary upwards.

The certificates of achievement will start as children complete their Melody Movement Level 2 year as follows:

Foundation Department:

Little Bear Feet and Melody Movement Level 1
End of the Summer Term
Melody Bear’s end of school year presentation - no report at this level

Melody Bear’s Combo Class
End of the Summer Term
Melody Bear’s end of school year presentation - no report at this level

Melody Movement Level 2
