Jill Bridger started the school in 1988 in Cambridge and has seen it grow from 30 children at the Cambridge Drama Centre to over 650 students.
Jill is a registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance, Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance and National Association of Teachers of Dance.

Stephanie Evans teaches our ISTD modern and tap grades. Stephanie’s classes also include opportunities for students to do a variety of dance styles including street and body conditioning.

Holli Grice is a former students of the school who returned to teach for us in 2017. Holli has many skills to share having trained as an Acting Coach and fitness instructor as well as gaining a BTEC Diploma is Musical Theatre.
Bernadette Lemon is heading back to her roots! Bernadette was a student at Jill Bridger school of dance from the early age of 3 right up to 16 when she moved onto vocational training at Masters Performing Arts College. In addition to teaching our Melody Bear classes, Bernadette teaches our RAD grades, Ballet Extra and Vocational Focus Sessions. She also choreographsthe school’s TEAM JB routines.

Emma Louise Campbell has a wealth of experience to share having gained at BA (hons) Dance and Professional Practice and a Postgraduate Masters in Dance Making and Performance. In addition to teaching Melody Bear and ballet classes, Emma Louise teaches our combination modern & tap classes.

Meaghan Gates first came to the school with her two boys joining in our Melody Bear classes. She loved the classes so much that she joined our teacher training programme and now teaches classes at the Melody Bear HQ and works with Helen at the Cambourne Hub. Meaghan is joining the office team too in September 2019.

Glenn Nairn is the Melody Bear HQ accounts and staff administrator and Jill’s assistant. Glenn has been with the team for many years and her knowledge of the office workings keep all the ‘cogs’ moving.
